Thank you for shopping at Producely. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Pre-orders

If you place a pre-order, please note that your unit will ship as soon as production is complete. You can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your unit has been shipped.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your unit. If you're not satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• Products showing signs of misuse, modification, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To start a return, please contact us at info@producely.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
