Thank you for shopping at Producely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for your Dialr order.
Fulfillment
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: if you pre-order, your payment is processed immediately, but your product will ship once production is complete.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide from our fulfillment center in Denmark. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us at info@producely.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping Costs and Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–6 business days

Rest of the world: 5–12 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand during launch.
Duties and Taxes
For international orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and charges may apply. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
You will receive a tracking link once your order ships. If your package is lost or delayed, contact the shipping provider first using your tracking number. If you need further help, reach out to info@producely.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Failed Deliveries and Returns
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, we can reship it — but additional shipping charges may apply.
